Everything was done professionally, quickly, and with great attention to detail. My car feels smooth and drives straight again. My first time going to Bayshore Tire & Service Center, I was honestly a little scared because I didn’t know if I was going to get scammed or taken advantage of. As a woman who doesn’t know everything about cars, I’m always cautious with mechanics because sometimes people assume women don’t know anything about cars and try to take advantage of that. Thankfully, Hailey was there to help me. She was very professional, patient, and took her time explaining exactly what was wrong with my car in a way that I could actually understand. She also explained what needed to be done to get everything fixed, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I had also gotten into an accident before where someone hit the driver-side door of my car. After that, I couldn’t open the door, so every single time I got in or out of my car, I had to climb through the passenger side. It was extremely stressful and frustrating. One day, I came to Bayshore to get my catalytic converter changed, and Sal ended up fixing my driver-side door for me too. For years, I took my car to the dealership for all of its maintenance and repairs. Over time, however, I realized they didn't value my loyalty. I often felt overcharged, and the customer service continued to decline. After reading the outstanding reviews for Bayshore Tire Service, I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but during their inspection they discovered that my right front axle shaft needed to be replace. Melissa took the time to show me the problem, explained it clearly, and answered all of my questions, which gave me complete confidence in the recommended repair. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and honest. The front desk staff and skilled mechanics were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on providing excellent customer service. A heartfelt thank you to Melissa, Hayley, and Sal for making this a positive experience. It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can genuinely trust. I am thrilled to have found Bayshore Tire Service and will definitely be bringing my car here for all of my future maintenance and repair. I highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Bayshore Tire & Service Center enough! From my very first visit, I knew this was a shop I could trust. The staff is knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain everything without making you feel pressured or confused. What impressed me most was their honesty. They don’t try to upsell or overcharge, and their pricing is fair and transparent. On my first visit, one of the employees told me, “We don’t want you to come spend your money with us just once—we want you to keep coming back.” That really stuck with me because they truly stand behind those words. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop that combines excellent customer service with integrity, but Bayshore does exactly that. They have earned my trust, and they’ll always be my go-to for tires and auto service. Highly recommend!
